Counseling Services
The Center for Counseling and Wellbeing offers a variety of counseling services in support of student wellbeing at Oxford.
For most, on-going short-term individual counseling is preferred and considered the most helpful form of counseling. However, there are times that group counseling can be more helpful, especially when the nature of the struggle has some relational component to it. Finally, we also offer consultation, usually a single-session meeting to address a more specific question.
Individual Counseling Services
Oxford students can access different resources for your mental health needs during your time on this campus.

Group Counseling Services
Because the challenges they are facing are quite similar to those of their peers, students often have more to gain from Group Counseling sessions than individual sessions.

Consultation Services
Sometimes, one or two sessions to consult with a counselor is what is needed, rather than more formal ongoing counseling.
